Cordoba, Argentina

nananananananananananananananan....Mattman! What a bizarre store...maybe I should have instead included the photo of me wearing a hippy mask...oh wait, thats my default. In addition to a wolfman mask, I purchased a large blue rattle which was fist making the metal sign.
"Yaaaargh! We will pillage your towns and make haste with your loose women!" I suppose this child was caught in a fit of passion after a delicious seafood platter...either that or he was seconds away from flipping the bird to his father for not getting any extra cole slaw.
While unique, this altar in a Jesuit cathedral in Cordoba, Argentina is not a totally radical departure from the decadent displays of iconic suffering characters which adorn these spanish sanctuaries. Being the first major Jesuit cathedral in the area, the degree of suffering depicted by the christian patriarchs is slightly less disturbing, though the degree of decadence surely is not.
